We also look at the shape and topography of the property to maximize the views, account for slopes, and maximize space and natural features. Cool River Custom Homes has a combined experience of over 32 years in the residential custom home building industry. Our staff has been involved in the design and construction of homes ranging from 1800 square feet to 12,000 square feet ranging in price from $400,000.00 to over $3 Million.
Cool River Custom Homes is an active member of the Austin Area Home Builders Association and is a designated a Graduate Master Builder. We continue to develop our management staff by participating in on going education in order to provide our clients with the best quality workmanship and latest technological advances in the industry.
Cool River Custom Homes is also a member of the Austin Area Custom Builders Council. As a separate Council within the HBA, the Custom Builders Council (CBC) members are principals of building companies that specialize in building custom homes in Austin and surrounding communities. Members of the CBC show commitment to their industry by participating in their local HBA, and by networking with other builders to enhance their business and construction skills. They show commitment to the home buying public by continually upgrading their level of professionalism in a field that is subject to daily changes.
Cool River Custom Homes sits on the Board for Housing Works Action which is a Non-Profit Organization geared towards creating and funding affordable housing for the elderly, lower income families, and others in need. Cool River Custom Homes was recently featured on the front page of the Austin American Statesman in an article about the successful coexistence of architecturally correct new homes in established neighborhoods. |
